This Agreement is between you and Credit Sage LLC, its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) (“CS,” “we” or “us”), with a principal place of business at 1032 E Brandon Blvd Ste 1089, Brandon, FL 33511. This Agreeement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the obligations, rights, and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.

CS operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and encryption protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.
CS gathers two types of information about users:
1) Information that users provide manually over the phone includes name, address, email address, social security number, and date of birth. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
2) Information CS gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
CS tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. CS does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). CS sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.
We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
