Remote, Full-Time Opportunity: Work fully remotely to manage a team of online sales agents. Leading the charge towards KPI satisfaction and revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in developing and refining sales tactics, supporting agents in their weaker areas, and boosting overall sales whilst maintaining a positive team environment.
Performance Accountability: Take ownership of the team’s results, including revenue targets and process compliance, while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Leadership in Sales: Experience leading high-performing sales teams, particularly in call center or fast-paced environments. (2+ years)
Resilience in Fast-Moving Settings: Ability to handle shifting priorities, adapt to evolving situations, and deliver results under pressure while maintaining focus on key sales goals.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analyzing performance data to identify trends and implement targeted strategies for improvement.
Tech-Competent & Detail-Oriented: Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while efficiently using CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
Work-From-Home Equipment: Must have access to your own computer (minimum 12 GB RAM), a reliable headset with microphone, and a stable high-speed internet connection (Wired).
