Full-Time, 100% Remote: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Multifaceted Support: Address customer inquiries via phone & email. Manage complaints effectively, and update accounts with utmost precision.
Empower Clients: Help guide clients through their credit repair journey, offering guidance and solutions every step of the way.
Qualifications
English Language Proficiency: - We service clients all over the US, therefore strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential.
Home Office Setup: You must furnish your own computer or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM alongside a headset/microphone. Your internet connection must be stable and hardwired (Ethernet).
Bilingual - Spanish: Whilst not a dealbreaker, candidates fluent in both English & Spanish are preferred.
